The task is to understand and exemplify why hierarchies lead to stagnation, while cooperation and common efforts to find solutions are dynamic and lead to development for all and better solutions.
Details about the contribution from MaxwellChi:
1. Read the file: F1 – Another Kind of University, and ponder over the contents.
2. Make a presentation for some from your productive unit where you give examples of how development can be stopped or hindered if there is a hierarchy where only some can give their ideas and opinions.
3. Give also examples of how contributions in an atmosphere of mutual equality can move matters and contribute to progress.
4. Hold the presentation for your productive unit and raise a discussion about how it is in your productive unit. Does everyone speak up? Does everyone listen to each other? Do you find the best solutions together with everyone's participation? Is there something you should change or develop to find better solutions through contributions from more people within and outside your productive unit as for example people from the community or people from other productive units? |
