How to make a good Speech

The speech I am going to make is a political mobilization to field officers about, “Why are we here” as TCE. The speech is based on the reason why we started TCE in the region and what are we trying to achieve, is everyone on board knowing why we are here and what does it take to reach where we are. This speech during troop meeting will mainly focus on providing political mobilization to field officers so that they own the program and develop the deeper feeling or passion to help the community. The ultimate goal will be that each field officer is moved and feels that they have to do more and be committed to their work.

First I will prepare my speech starting with the main idea of the speech which is in short, “Why are we here”. Here I would outline how and why the program was started. The mid section will contain the idea and the deeper meaning of the speech. Later I will briefly give an update of our achievements and find out from the audience if they think we have done enough or not and what is missing. The conclusion will sum up the speech and way forward on things that need to be improved.
